Forever! There is no time limit for how long you can take KETO//OS®.

While “endogenous” ketones are made inside the body in the liver, “exogenous" ketones are made outside the body (like KETO//OS®) and consumed in order to elevate blood ketone levels and deliver this fuel source to the body.

The wonderful thing about taking exogenous ketones, via KETO//OS®, is that you can experience the benefits of ketosis without diet modification. Even those who don’t change a thing, will still experience the benefits. However, it is encouraged that you slowly begin to lower the amount carbohydrates in your diet to enhance the body's ability to utilize fat and use ketones BETTER.
